Fadel Nabilsi Attorney


Attorney Fadel Nabilsi is an Ann Arbor native. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan with a double major in International and Comparative Studies and Near East Studies. After graduating he completed a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA at a local non-profit in Ann Arbor serving the under-resourced community in Washtenaw County. He then worked at a pro-bono legal non-profit assisting with immigration, divorce, and civil rights cases. He continued on to law school and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Michigan State University College of Law.


During law school, Mr. Nabilsi participated in the Immigration Clinic assisting clients with asylum and naturalization cases. He was also the president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association for two years and worked as the liaison for the Diversity and Equity Services Office. Mr. Nabilsi took various classes to help build his skills as a future attorney and received certification to be a Civil Facilitative Mediator.

He began his legal career at Mindell Law where he worked as a law clerk throughout law school and was hired as an associate upon graduating and being admitted to the State Bar of Michigan. He gained extensive experience in plaintiff personal injury, specializing in auto accidents and premises liability, specifically: no-fault auto law, slip and fall, dog bites, and other general negligence claims.
